I/We understand and agree that ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund is/will not be liable for any change/modification in services and Policies by www.masterstrokeonline.com. 3. I/We understand and agree to pay the charges of Rs.4,720/- annual fee (One Time Payment Only) for the membership of www.masterstrokeonline.com. I/We give my consent and authorization to ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund to deduct annual fees as mentioned herein from my monthly brokerage payable amount. 4. I/We understand and agree that the membership will be eligible for 1 year from the date of commencement of it’s services and I/we would not be able to cancel the membership during the membership tenure. 5. I/We understand and agree that www.masterstrokeonline.com will intend to provide good user experience to registered members. However, www.masterstrokeonline.com accepts no liability towards any consequences from using the services offered. 6. The renewal of membership will be as per the Terms and conditions applicable at the time renewal. 7. In the event, for any reason if the annual fees does not get processed, in such case the annual membership of www.masterstrokeonline.com will get ceased. 8. I/We agree to all terms and conditions mentioned here in above and registration SMS received from registered mobile number will be treated as the consent and agreement of all process I/We agree to all Terms and condition mentioned here in above.
